Account Creation & Roles
The platform restricts purchasing power to authorized partners to protect exclusive B2B pricing. Follow these steps to register correctly based on your role.
Full Platform Access
Distributors can view net pricing, manage addresses, and place bulk orders.
- Navigate to the Join / Register page.
- Select Distributor from the Role dropdown.
- Fill in your valid Business/Personal Email and complete your institution details.
- Submit your registration.
View-Only Access
Schools can browse the catalog and track orders, but cannot place orders directly.
- Navigate to the Join / Register page.
- Select School from the Role dropdown.
- Crucial: Select your existing Affiliated Distributor from the provided list.
- Submit your registration.
Browsing the Smart Catalog
Once your account is approved and you have logged in, click Catalog in the main navigation. Finding the right curriculum is effortless with our multi-layered filtering system.
Step-by-Step Browsing:
B2B Checkout & Volume Tiers
Your cart automatically tracks your accumulated order volume and applies progressive discounts dynamically.
The Checkout Process:
- Open Cart: Click the floating Cart icon or select "My Cart" from the sidebar menu.
- Review Items & Tier Progress: Adjust quantities if needed. Notice the progress bars at the top of the cart showing how close you are to unlocking the next discount tier (e.g., hitting the $5,000 threshold).
- Assign Affiliator: In the "Order For" dropdown, select whether you are ordering for your own stock ("Order for Myself") or select a specific affiliated school from your list.
- Select Destination: Choose a saved address from your Address Book. The system will auto-detect the region (e.g., Pulau Jawa, Sumatera).
- Calculate Shipping: Based on the total weight and the region detected, standard B2B freight shipping subsidies and fees will be calculated automatically.
- Place Order: Click "Submit Pre-Order". Your order is now officially recorded as "Pending".
Managing the 6-Month Installment Plan
To support your cash flow, all wholesale orders automatically qualify for a 6-month payment schedule. This process begins with an initial Down Payment (DP).
Step-by-Step Payment Upload:
- Access Order: Go to your Dashboard and scroll to the "Recent Orders" table. Click the View button next to your pending order.
- Upload DP (30%): Scroll down to the Payment section. Enter the exact amount you transferred to our bank account, select your receipt image (JPG/PNG/PDF), and click "Upload Proof".
- Wait for Admin Verification: The finance team will review the receipt. Once verified, the order status changes to "Processing" and the logistics team is notified.
- Monthly Schedule Generation: The dashboard will instantly generate 6 structured monthly installments for the remaining balance, complete with exact due dates.
- Upload Subsequent Installments: Return to this same Order Details page each month to upload your installment proofs. The system tracks your "Remaining Balance" in real-time until it hits Rp 0.
Tracking Shipments & Delivery
Once your order is processed by the warehouse and dispatched to the courier, our system will notify you automatically.
How to Track Your Goods:
1. Email Alert
You'll receive an email stating your status has changed to SHIPPED. It will contain the Courier Name and Tracking Number (Resi).
2. Dashboard Tracking
Log in, click on the Order from your Dashboard, and scroll to the Logistics panel to view the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
3. Delivery Resolution
Verify the receipt of all books upon arrival. If there are missing items or damaged boxes, open a Support Ticket immediately from the sidebar menu.
